Psyched can help identify entries that may relate to a goal you’re working on, like social anxiety, sleep consistency, boundaries, or stress.
Instead of leaving important moments buried in your notes, Psyched surfaces possible links and lets you decide what belongs. You can add relevant items to bring into therapy, dismiss what does not fit, and stay in control of what becomes part of your session prep.


Prepare for the next session
Psyched helps patients bring together the pieces that matter before therapy starts, including saved entries, goal links, patterns, and therapist-provided prompts or resources.
Between sessions, therapists can support practice by sending reflection prompts, readings, or homework directly into the patient app. Patients can respond in their own time, save what feels important, and use Therapy Prep to focus the next session.
Secure messaging and session tools help keep the connection organized without turning the app into a replacement for therapy.
